A wonderful painting executed from a drawing of farm hills and barn. The palette is analogous (orange yellow to crimson), there is a good range of values from deep red to almost white. Use of pictorial space is wonderful. Again, one of my favourite paintings and I hope that Denise has framed it and is enjoying its subleties.
